She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray L. Jr. Martin and Beverly J. Martin (Clickner); and her siblings, Jeff Martin and Pamela Martin. She is survived by: her boyfriend Arthur Cavinder; her children, Sheena Miller (James), Dustin Gantz (Kelly Marie) and Gabrielle Mahoy; her grandchildren, Levi Miller, Allison Miller, Braelyn and Bristol Gantz; and her siblings, Mike Martin (Karen), Tammy Wisecup (Jody), Lisa (Loren), Salyer, Jay Martin (Jolie) and Scot Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
