He is survived by: his wife Beckey J. Zavada; his children, Doris "Jeannie" Jensen (Brad) and John R. Zavada (Ember); his grandchildren, Nicole Rizzo, Cody Zavada, Nathan Zavada, Andrew Zavada, Kylie Zavada, Kaylee Burke, Jessica Burke, Mackenzie Baumgardner, Avery Rizzo and Isabella Rizzo; and his brothers, Tommy Zavada and Carlton Zavada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
