He was predeceased by: his father David Keith Poland. He is survived by: his daughters, Thera Poland (Trevor Edwards) of Urbana and Krista Poland of Springfield; his mother Beth Anne Poland (Prall) of West Liberty; his sisters, Gina Woodruff (John) of Springfield and Julie Yoder (Dan) of Urbana; and also, Nicole Borst of Urbana and Kristin Whitley of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
