With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Devine of West Liberty, Ohio, born in Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hinkle and Alice Pauline Hinkle (Dalton); her son Kent Kauffman; and her spouse Dale A. Devine. She is survived by: her children, Liesl Cornelius (Jeff) of Cable, Ohio, Craig Kauffman (Yrma) of West Liberty and Brent Kauffman (Danna) of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Levi, Wade, Ryan Kauffman, Zane, Sam Wilkins, Bella, Silas and Kane Kauffman; and her brother James Hinkle of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
