He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza M. Slemmons and Cora Slemmons (Coe). He is survived by: his wife Oria Jean "Jeanie" Slemmons; his children, Michelle Cook (Todd), Wynter Saksa (Tim), Aaron M. Slemmons (Nikki), Nathan H. Slemmons (Jessica), Caleb R. Slemmons (Krista) and Seth T. Slemmons (Korie); his stepsons, Jonathan Erskine (Robin) and Michael Vega (Amber); and his siblings, John Slemmons (Judy), Mary Ann Longshore (Brian) and Melody Sue Longshore (Randy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
