He is survived by: his wife Gloria Maxwell; his children, Kristie Nisonger (Brian) and Jeffrey Salyers; his grandchildren, Jacob Nisonger, Kursten Nisonger, Justin Salyers and Jacob Ortman; his siblings, Marge Closson, Chalmers Salyers, Wiley "Walt" Salyers (Rhonda) and Jerry Salyers; his mother-in-law Jean Maxwell; and his siblings-in-law, Jim and Nancy McCullough. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
