It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Phillips of West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Erik; and her grandparents, David L. Miller, Marjorie and Jerrell Bunn. She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her children, Madelyn, Ariel, Jase and Zachary; her grandmother Marion Miller; and her sister Nicole Ponziano. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
