Cerwinsky II (Christie) of Ft. Myers, FL, Dr. Amanda Jerviss (Aaron) of Knoxville, TN and Dr. Derrick Cerwinsky (Lisa) of Xenia, OH; his grandchildren, Trey, Jackson Cerwinsky, Millie, Lydia Jerviss, Elizabeth and Sara Cerwinsky; and his brother Fred Cerwinsky of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
