She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer C. Johnson and Katherine Johnson (Davis); her daughter Judy Ann Ferryman; her son-in-law Francis Salyers; and her sisters, Marilyn Martz, Patty Shirk, Dorothy Martz, Jackie Stokes-Cole and Cheryl Beech.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy McCullough (James) of West Liberty and Gloria Salyers of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Mike, Jill, Jeff, Kyle, Kristie and Amber; her great grandchildren, Jared, Trevor, Justin of Jacob, T. R., Kursten, Paige, Jonni, Bryce, Blake, Olivia and Davis; her great great grandchildren, Peyton, Layne of Tyson, T. J., Troy, Rosie and Jaxson; and her brother-in-law Bob Beech of Belle Center. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
