She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard L. Helzer and Evelyn M. Helzer (Harpest); her husband Dan L. Williams; her brother Leonard; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Helzer Jr. Bea.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Sue Moore (Donald) of West Liberty, Joseph Williams (Sandra) of DeGraff and Steven Williams (Amanda McGaha) of West Liberty. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
