He was predeceased by: his parents, George Milton Hostetler and Mary Belle Hostetler (Smucker); his former wife Anna Pearl Hostetler (Longacre); his wife Sarah Jeanette Miller Hostetler (Plank); and his siblings, Mable Overholt, Susie Kurtz, Marie Detwiler, John Hostetler, Mark Hostetler, Joseph Hostetler, George Hostetler and Elmer Hostetler.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Kulp of Williston and Keith Hostetler of Shartlesville, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Ben Kulp and Jessica Kulp; his great grandchild Nathan Kulp; and his sister Sara Grace Yoder.
