We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 94, Arlene Elizabeth Smith of West Liberty, Ohio, born in Ironton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mefford and Muriel Sarah Mefford (Wilcoxon); her spouse Johnnie "John" Junior Smith; her granddaughters, Stacey McCullough and Lisa Smith; her great grandchild Dylan McCullough; her great great grandchild Quinton; and her siblings, Naomi Amlin and Carl Mefford.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Roberts (Bill), David of West Liberty, Gary Smith (Jane) of West Liberty and Duane Smith (Jackie) of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Melissa Williams, Tiann Harner (Rich), Angela Smith, Jessica Stotler (Smith), Anthony Smith (Stephanie), Tyson Roberts (Sara), Joshua Smith (Lindsey), Tyler Smith, Austin Smith and Chris Roberts (Diane); and her sister Willadean O'Brien. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
