He was predeceased by: his father Fred King; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie King; and his brothers, Phil King (Linda) of Gallup and Neil King (Beth) of Newton, Kansas. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and four great nieces; aunts, uncles, cousins and a good friend.
