She was predeceased by: her son James Hoffman. She is survived by: her spouse Kenneth Hoffman; her son Douglas Hoffman (Tanja) of West Lafayette; and her sister Barbara Guinn (Croy). She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
