She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan "Ootz" and Florence Richesson (Sampsel); her stepmother Ruth Richesson; her sister Denise Grewell; and her stepdaughter Jodi Dickerson.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Phelps; her daughter Tia Bookless (Brian) of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Shiana, Cassidi, Cortney Bookless, Caden Matthews and Brendan Allman; her nephew Chad McMullen (Randy Rust); her great-nieces, Paige Meeks (Corey) and Jade McMullen (Mitchell Irwin); and also, Ruger Poorman, Baylie Meeks and Cyrus Irwin.
