She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sasala and Anna Marie Sasala (Kovalcik); her daughter Karen A. Karr; her sister Kay Gouslin (William); and her former husband Joseph A. Blakley.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Blakley of West Lafayette and Joseph P. Blakley (Sheila Hartsock) of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren, Conner O. Blakley, Celia Madruga (Stefan) and Benjamin Nicklaus Blakley; and her siblings, Barbara Maloney (Tom) of Lakewood, OH and Joe Sasala (Judy) of Hinckley, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
