She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon L. Burkey and Hazel Burkey (Phillabaum); and her brothers, Bill, Kenneth Burkey and Valjean Shaw.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Shaw; her children, Debra Hooper, Carol Swaney, Kay Shaw, Mike Shaw (Yolanda), Donna Shaw and Walt Shaw (Suzanne); and her siblings, Russell, Cecil (Rose), Vernon Burkey (Jean), Donna Felton, Mary Burkey and Sandy Banks. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be directed towards Interim Hospice of Coshocton.
