He was predeceased by: his parent Perry Orlando; and his siblings, Ronald J. Chaney, Russell L. Chaney, Robert M. Fulks, Edward S. Fulks and Donna I. Chaney.
He is survived by: his parent Irene Chaney (Moore); his spouse Adelaide Orefice "Della" Chaney; and his sisters, Mary Hughes and Roma Vance (Tim) of Coshocton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
