He was predeceased by: his sister Jill Simmons. He is survived by: his parents, Anne Simmons (Darner) and Gary Simmons; his children, Makylia Manfredonia (Kyle) and Mallory Simmons; his grandson Roman Manfredonia; his siblings, Lisa Incarnato (Tony) of New Philadelphia, Travis Simmons of West Lafayette and Brooke Smith (Eric) of Zanesville; and his niece Ella Incarnato.
