It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Goedel of West Lafayette, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Hykes and Josephine Hykes; and her siblings, Joyce Bowe and Nelson Hykes, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Schwab (Tim) of Bakersville, Eric Goedel (Amy) of Fresno, Bruce Goedel (Wanda) of Strasburg and Matthew Goedel (Jennifer) of Fresno; and her siblings, Debi Gerrick (Bill), Jim Hykes (Judy), John Hykes (Barb) and Joe Hykes (Mary). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
