He is survived by: his wife Tish Hoffman; his sons, Derek Hoffman (Kerstan) of West Lafayette and Nathan Hoffman (Lauren Saunders) of Coshocton; his parents, John Hoffman of West Lafayette and Carole Hoffman of West Lafayette; and his sisters, Angie Moran (Doug) of Fallsburg and Patty Campbell (John) of Dresden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
