He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Worthington and Linda Worthington (Touvell). He is survived by: his wife Christine Worthington (Wilson); his daughter Hannah Moore (Michael); his grandchildren, Parker, Zeaven, Paizley and Brooklyn; his sister Shelly Wade (Jeremy); his nephew Jarred Wade; and his close friend Brent Watkins.
