It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victoree L. Payer of West Jefferson, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Merritt and Roberta Merritt; her husband Alfred J. Payer; her sister Audrey Beckett; her daughter Roberta Swogger; and her granddaughter Carrie Mansfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald II Mansfield (Rosanna) and Sean Mansfield (Lisa); her sister Joy Morris (Jim); and her grandchildren, Brandi Kociela (Lee), Brittany Mansfield, Ronald III Mansfield (Molly), Stephanie Swogger, Andy Swogger, Rachel Swogger, Kourtney Mansfield and Tonni Soullier (Coty). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 on the way, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of many good friends.
