He was predeceased by: his parents, William Myers and Virginia Myers (Smallwood); his wife Olive Myers; his siblings, Clyde, Russell, Warren Myers and Mary Burgett; and his granddaughter Dawn Harlan (Floyd).
He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Kitchen (Delores) and Larry Kitchen; his grandchildren, Katonda Dublin (Dan) and Bobby Jr. Kitchen (Shelli); and his great grandchildren, Meghan Bosley, Seth Bosley, Branden Dublin, Kasey Dublin, Danielle McCallen (Marc) and Tyler Kitchen.
