She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Holsinger and Vaidamae Holsinger; her siblings, Gerald Holsinger, Johnny Holsinger, Lillian Shortridge and Janet Berry; her daughter Joann; and her great grandchild Lily.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Fultz (Dick); and her siblings, Harold Holsinger, Juanita Smallwood and Phyliss Osbourne. She is also survived by 5 grandkids, many great grandkids, and nieces and nephews.
