He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Paul Jason Cavinee, Kacey Lynne Cavinee and Justin Cavinee (Angela); his siblings, Debbie Archey (Bobby) and Kim Cavinee; his brother-in-law Chip Salyer (Karen); his grandchildren, Jordan, Phil (Amanda), Lillie, Ezekiel and Asher; and his brother-in-law Gary Lightfoot. He is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.
