He is survived by: his wife Ginger Maddux; his sons, Dwayne Maddux and Michael Maddux; his siblings, Jerry Maddux (Sherry) and Bonnie Furniss (Ronald); his granddaughters, Samantha Coleman (Wayne) and Jessica Maddux; and his great grandchildren, Kinzley and Braxton.
