Linda L. Winters Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2022, at the age of 78, Linda L. Winters of West Jefferson, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Frasher and Myrtle P. Frasher (Bias); her husband David E. Winters; and her sister Ellen Safford. She is survived by: her sister Sue Beatty; her children, Rebecca Baker (Bruce), David Winters Jr. (Maria), Katrina Winters and Pam Adams (Coy); her grandchildren, Kenzie Abdel Jabbar (Walid), Kirstin Winters, Debra Koepka, Daniel Winters, Samantha Winters, Sharon Gonzalez, Brandy Gonzalez, David Gonzalez, Derek Stiles, Brandon Winters and Coy Lee Adams; her great grandchild Amir Abdel Jabbar; and her friend Linda.
