He is survived by: his wife Olivia Garver; his son Weston Garver; his parents, Lewis Garver and Susan Garver; his parents-in-law, Frank and Kimberly; his grandparents, Marvin, Rita Walker, Andrea Mast and Carole Reed; his siblings, Chris Garver (Andrea) and Danielle Garver; and his pet Razzie. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

Following John's wishes, he was an organ donor and memorial contributions may be made to LifeLine of Ohio.
