She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Dorn and Avis Dorn (Wilkins). She is survived by: her husband Stanley G. Ward; her brother Lanse Dorn; and her cousins, Cindy, Sandy, Karen, Juanita, Bobby and Rhonda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
