He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Billman (Schlosser) and George Billman; his siblings, Sonny and Mary; and his brother-in-law Dick Sheets.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Shepherd); his children, Jodi Kotsko (Chris), Jill Billman-Royer (Michael) and Michael Billman (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Carleigh (Sean), Price, Graham, Mallory, Isaac, Michael, Isabelle, Mitchell, Elanna and Campbell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, siblings-in-law, and grand-dogs.
