He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Mirolo and Garnet Mirolo. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Jackie Jr., Brian Mirolo (Robin), Penny Mirolo, Gina Prout (Mark) and Tina Bridges (Grover); his grandchildren, Chad Mirolo, Carter Mirolo, Brooke Mirolo, Tyler Mirolo, Kendra Mirolo, Haylah Mirolo, Alyvia Bridges, Isaiah Bridges and Amayah Bridges; and his siblings, John Mirolo (Crystal), Patricia Oxyer, Pamela Knapp and Lisa Mirolo. He is also survived by Numerous Nephews, Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in memory of Jack to organizations that support our Veterans.
