He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoepker and Marggie Hoepker; and his siblings, Gene Hoepker and Sue Dillard. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Cook and Joseph Hoepker (Mandy); his grandchildren, Coleman Gregory Cook, Mica James Bellis and Zachariah Charles Hoepker; and his siblings, Carlotta "Lottie" Keller (John) and Chuck Hoepker. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
