He is survived by: his cousin Matt Everitt; his parents, Ray Kaiser (Sally Kaiser) and Sally Kaiser; his sons, Sam Szymczak (Jake) and Mike Kaiser; his grandchildren, Elana and Lylah; his brothers, Ray Martin (Juanita) and Tommy Kaiser (Veronica Latham); and the mother of his children Mariea Kaiser. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, loving family members and friends.
