He is survived by: his wife Marti Nitchman; his son Dalton Nitchman of West Jefferson; his mother Jane D. Frey; his stepfather Fred Eli Frey of West Jefferson; and his siblings, Lynne N. Packman of West Jefferson, Justin Frey (Megan) of Galloway, Brad Frey (Camila) of Arizona, Brian Frey (Betty) of Bellefontaine and Angie Frey Turner (Jeff Frey) of St. Paris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
