He was predeceased by: his father Robert McNeal; his mother-in-law Freda Butterfield; and his son Tommy Rees. He is survived by: his mother Constance McNeal (Vicki McNeal); his children, Brandon McNeal (Cate), Dana McNeal, Will Richardson (Shelly) and Louann VanWagner; his daughter-in-law Brooke Rees; his grandchildren, Kassi McNeal, Zach Richardson, Kyle Richardson, Aiden VanWagner, Evelyn Creamer, Emelya Rees, Lilly McNeal, Eileigh Rees, Ben McNeal, Nash Rees, Robert Drummond, Braedon Drummond, Clara Drummond and Dylan Conley; his siblings, Janice Miller (Rick), Greg McNeal (Sherri) and Cindy Phillips; and his aunt Columbine Barker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and close friends.
