He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Kell and Eva Kell (Zirkle); and his wife Patricia Christopher. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Rhoades (Jim) and Mark Kell (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Angie Cordle (Terry), Aaron Rhoades (Jackie), Leslie Rhoades and Lindsey Kell; and his great grandchildren, Allyson, Aimee, Ayden Cordle and Keely Rhoades.
