He is survived by: his wife Jannie; his children, Kenneth McCormick and Candy Evans (Timothy Burns); his sister Terri Ellers; his grandchildren, Cody McKenzie, Kaitlyn Major (Steven), Jonny Evans, Jordan Rader, Blain McCormick, Hannah McCormick (Skylar), Jacob Evans and Joshua Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Scott McCormick, Angel McCabe (John), Shawn McCormick (Theresa), Kalen McCormick, Taylor Watts, Kyle Johnston, Jessica Decker and Phyllis Wilson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
