He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia; and his son Donald L. Brake. He is survived by: his children, Diane Casey (Clint), Valerie Huffman (Matt) and Chris Brake (Vickie); and his siblings, Bob Brake (Nancy), Patty Gibson and Candy Randles (Larry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
