He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, David R. Harper (Cheri Smyers), Susan E. Higgins (Matt), Joy Phillips (Jason) and Edward W. Harper (Ashli Stonerock); his grandchildren, Dillon Harper (Katie Sayre), Kassidy Hawke (Richard), Lexi Higgins, Laine Higgins, Madi Murry (Aj), Macy Phillips (Joey Telatko), Logan Harper, Tristan and Taylor Stonerock; his great grandchildren, Kyla, Destin, Kobi Harper, Lizzie, Andi Murry and Joey Telatko; his siblings, Gene Harper, Chuck Harper (Carol) and Janet Humphrey (Mike); and his sister-in-law Gloria Young (Gary).
