Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Becky Williams (Halliday) and Charles Williams; his wife Maxine Williams; and his stepfather Bill Hawkes. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Miller of West Jefferson, Ohio. and Laurie Grega (John) of Powell, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Owen and Sammy Grega; and his brother-in-law Mike Tyree (Debbie).
