He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Otis and Evelyn Otis. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Robin Jenkins (Mark), Randy Otis (Deanna) and Stephanie Hahn (Chip); and his grandchildren, Lance Otis, Danielle Olson (Zach), Courteney Robertson (Matt), Shannon Luna (Tony), Jacob and Brandon Hahn. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
