She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Titman, Janie Keatley and Nathan Lane; her sons, Terry Ballard and Greg Johnson (Vickie); her grandchildren, Mitchell Johnson, Charles Jacob Johnson (Patty) and Alyssa Ballard; and her great grandchildren, Madison and Adelyn Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
