He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Kitchen (Goff); his children, Todd Kitchen and Shawna Ray (Mike); his grandsons, Blake, Bryce and Brayden Bailey; his siblings, Linda Hall and Tommy Kitchen (Diana); his sisters-in-law, Darlene Dill (Earl), Gloria Oiler, Yvonne Goff and Hazel Kitchen; and his brother Delmas Goff.
