He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Locey and Lucille Locey; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Locey. He is survived by: his wife Janice Locey; his sons, Mark Locey and James Locey (Kristy); his grandchildren, Ben, Ella, Jack, Ryan, Nolan and Teagan; his sister Judy Milton; and his nephews, Matthew, Craig and Michael Milton.
