Barbara Butterbaugh Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Butterbaugh of West Jefferson, Ohio, who passed away on October 20, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Daft and Margie Daft; her husband Ernest Butterbaugh; and her siblings, Patricia Daft, Frank Daft and Larry Daft.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Ellinger (Douglas); her grandchildren, Mitchell Ellinger (Cynthia), Dana Dalton (Patrick) and Martin Ellinger; her great grandchildren, Theodore Ellinger, Anne Ellinger and Juniper Dalton; and her siblings, Kathy Cantley (Bill), Wanda Harmon (Michael), Sherry Bowers (Mike), Diane Karimian (Fred) and Dwayne Daft.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home (1355 W Main St, West Jefferson, OH 43162). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be given to the American Heart Association to further the treatments and prevention of heart disease and stroke. Donations can be made online at heart.org in her memory or via phone at 800-242-8721.
