She was predeceased by: her father Donald Gene; her son Shane Adkins; and her brother Dennis Cook. She is survived by: her husband James G. Gustafson; her children, Brian Adkins (Jessica White), Matthew Adkins and Tiffany Adkins of West Farmington; her mother Luanna Wagoner; and her grandchildren, Skylar, Matt, Carley, Preston, Kassidy, Chyeene, Cory, Colleen, Erica, Tara and Harley.
