He is survived by: his mother Helen Fomich (Urbanik); his wife Nancy Fomich of West Farmington, OH; and his children, Cindy Berko of Moshannon, PA, Nancy Kovalchick (Gregory) of West Farmington, OH, Michael Fomich (Lori) of Louisville, OH, Jason Fomich (Victoria) of Lewis Center, OH, Gary Fomich (Rebecca) of Coatesville, IN and Robert Ettinger (Susan) of Austintown, OH. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
