With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harley C. Phillabaum Jr. of West Elkton, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Mae (Rommes) and Harley C. Phillabaum, Sr.; his wife Brenda J. Phillabaum; and his brother Ernest Phillabaum. He is survived by: his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Patrick Maloney; his son Keith Phillabaum; his granddaughters, Emily Downing (Josh) and Amber Maloney; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Macy Downing; and his sister Phyllis Johns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
