It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Paul Sweeney in West Chester, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andrew Sweeney and Rilla Elizabeth Sweeney-Burbee; his wife Marcia Sweeney; his sisters, Paulette Powers and Mary Susan Warren; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Powers, Ronald Wickert and Daniel Sheedy.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Gates (Theresa) and Jay Gates; his grandchildren, Claire Gates, Ashley Gates and Savannah Gates; his siblings, Cynthia Wickert, Ray Burbee (Pat) and Bonnie Sheedy; and his brother-in-law David Warren. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Calendar Mueller Funeral Home (6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, OH 45040). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
